Every piece from Brass For Homes is handcrafted to order by our artisans at the Brass For Homes Workshop in Marrakech, Morocco. Please allow adequate time for production and delivery.
Important: All Brass For Homes products are shipped directly from the Brass For Homes Workshop in Marrakech, Morocco — not from the United States. Our US office in Missoula, Montana handles customer service, billing, and company operations, while every order is handcrafted and dispatched from Morocco.
Production Time
All orders require 2–4 weeks for handcrafting at the Brass For Homes Workshop. Each piece is individually made to order — we do not hold pre-made inventory.
Shipping Times After Production (From Morocco)
- United States: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Free Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $300. Orders under $300 are subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Plumbing Adapters Included
All faucets and fixtures ship with both US and UK plumbing adapters at no additional cost.
Order Tracking
You will receive email tracking updates at every stage — when your piece enters production, when it ships from Morocco, and estimated delivery updates from the carrier. We ship using DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
Import Duties & Taxes
Since all products ship internationally from Morocco, orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Brass For Homes handles all export documentation from Morocco.
