At Brass For Homes LLC, your satisfaction matters. We stand behind the quality of every handcrafted piece we produce at the Brass For Homes Workshop in Marrakech, Morocco.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for standard catalog items that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@brassforhomes.com with your order number.
Custom Orders
Custom and made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically to your specifications and are final sale. They cannot be returned. Please confirm all dimensions, finishes, and specifications before placing a custom order.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Lifetime Warranty
Every Brass For Homes piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Natural patina development on unlacquered brass is a feature, not a defect.
