30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for all standard catalog items in their original, unused condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at brassforhomes@gmail.com with your order number.

Custom Orders

Because custom pieces are made specifically to your specifications, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned. We encourage you to confirm all dimensions, finishes, and specifications before placing a custom order.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Lifetime Warranty

Every Brass For Homes piece comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers structural integrity, joint failures, and finish defects (not natural patina development, which is a feature of unlacquered brass). Contact us at any time if you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect.
