Products & Ordering
- All products are handcrafted to order. Slight variations in color, texture, and patina are inherent to handmade brass and copper work and are not considered defects.
- Product images are representative. Due to the nature of handcrafted metalwork and screen color calibration, actual products may vary slightly from photographs.
- Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Payment is processed at the time of order placement. Your card will be charged the full amount including any applicable shipping fees.
Production & Delivery
Handcrafted production takes 2–4 weeks. Shipping times vary by destination (see our Shipping Policy for details). While we make every effort to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to the artisanal nature of our production process.
