Order Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered the production or shipping process. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@brassforhomes.com with your order number.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun. These items are crafted specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold.
How to Cancel
To cancel an order, please email us at support@brassforhomes.com or call +1 364 217 4272 with your order number and reason for cancellation. Our team will confirm whether the cancellation can be processed.
Refund After Cancellation
If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Late Cancellations
If you request a cancellation after the 24-hour window or after production has started, we may not be able to accommodate your request. In such cases, you may return the item once received according to our Return Policy.
