Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation guidelines carefully before placing an order.

Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered production at the Brass For Homes Workshop. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at contact@brassforhomes.com with your order number.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun at our workshop. Please ensure all specifications — size, finish, and design — are confirmed before placing your order.

Refund After Cancellation

If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late Cancellations

If cancellation is requested after the 24-hour window or after production has started, we may not be able to cancel the order. In such cases, the item can be returned once received, subject to our Return Policy.
